Our Fabrication division offers spray painting, silk screening, hot stamping, and tampo printing, all performed with close attention to detail and quality.

These secondary processes are supported by dedicated in-house equipment, including spray booths, automated spray systems, a Class 10K cleanroom spray system, hot stamping machines, silk screen and tampo printing machines. Fabrication services are a key part of our operations, enabling us to deliver visually refined parts that meet your aesthetic requirements.

Mould Maintenance

At Juason Plastics, we understand that well-maintained moulds are essential to consistent product quality and on-time delivery. Our experienced in-house mould maintenance team provides comprehensive services including preventive maintenance, lubrication, repairs, inspection, and EDM work to ensure your moulds perform at their best.

Equipped with a full suite of machinery: milling machines, NC EDM machines, lathe machines, grinding machines, and plasma welding machines, we are able to handle both routine and urgent maintenance tasks efficiently. Our proactive approach to mould care helps minimize downtime, prevent defects, and ensure smooth, uninterrupted mass production.
